Patsy has had a real estate license since 1984. She spent the early years of her career marketing property in Lake McQueeney, Texas. Lake McQueeney is a part of the Guadalupe River which is used for recreational purposes such as skiing, fishing and boating. Patsy is very excited to again be working in a small community deriving its investment opportunities and recreational pleasures from a the body of water called the "Laguna Madre" . She has owned a rental since 1998 and moved to Port Mansfield to live on a permanent basis in January of 2001.
