Downstairs Bath - This bath has separate sinks and vanities. Since there is a "step-up" from the floor to the bath and potty area, the owners have done a terrific job in decorating the railing. The same "paddle effect" is carried out on the stairway from the upstairs unit to access the back yard. The custom frames around the mirrors are stunning (I ran out of space to show them, but will be glad to email additional pictures upon request).

Access To The Back Yard - The doorway on your left leads to the downstairs unit and the stairway (notice the paddles on the railing) on your right leads to the upstairs unit. This is a small foyer from the exterior door leading to the back yard.
