The upstairs of this home was beautifully remodeled in 2005, including new vinyl windows, tile flooring, new appliances, central a/c and heat, tile counter tops, tile breakfast bar, etc.  There are so many windows in the main home upstairs, that it was difficult taking pictures.  The view of the Laguna Madre bay is spectacular.  Since the home faces east, the setting sun is behind you in the evenings----a wonderfully relaxing time to sit on the deck and watch the birds begin their nightly feeding in the bay.

 

The downstairs apartment was remodeled in 2006 with hard tile flooring.  There is one bedroom and one bath down.  Extra sleeping room is provided by use of the two Futons in the living room.

 

The home is currently tenant occupied, so pictures of the second bedroom upstairs will be posted at a later date.

 

Upon request, I can provide additional pictures of the inside of the garage in which the downstairs washer, dryer and upright freezer are located.  I also have additional pictures of the upstairs and downstairs---just ran out of room on the web site.
