What a Spectacular Home----every room in the house has a view of the Bay and/or the Wildlife/Wetlands area. 

 

The master bedroom "suite" is very unique.  There is a spa and separate vanity in the large room, as well as a comfortable sitting area.  The separate shower and bathroom are a plus.  There are windows along the east side of the room with for that wonderful view of the rising sun.  It also has a private deck on this side of the room.  Along the wall by the spa is a view of the wetlands/wildlife area. 

 

There are three entrances to the home:  one from the swimming pool to the kitchen; one from the carport to the dining/entertainment room; and one from the downstairs enclosed garage to the formal living room.

 

This property has so many features, I could have included many, many more pictures, but had limited space. 

Downstairs, there is a large storeroom for all the pool "toys", fishing equipment, etc.  Also, there is a fish cleaning table and a bar-b-q area. 

 

The home has only been in the rental pool for about a year and is doing very well, especially this year.  I will gladly give out this information upon request.
